Confirmation
All registrations processed online receive an automatic order confirmation and receipt. If you register via phone, a receipt must be requested by contacting education@credaglobal.org.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Monday, February 15, 2027, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Monday, March 1, 2027, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours and ticketed receptions) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@credaglobal.org.
Code of Conduct
Commercial Real Estate Development Association is dedicated to providing a positive and harassment-free event experience. Recording and Videography
