2027 CL&LR Stipend Policy
Attendees who have been pre-approved by their chapter board will receive a stipend for hotel and travel expenses per the below. All chapters can submit up to five (5) approved attendees. A form will be sent to chapter executives upon completion of the conference to report on their eligible attendees. Payments will be made directly to the chapter via ACH/EFT payment.
Stipend amounts per chapter are published online. Canadian chapter amounts are listed in USD. A currency conversion from USD to CAD will be made on the morning of Feb. 3, 2027, using the OANDA Currency Converter platform.
- Chapter executives are approved for three hotel nights.
- Chapter staff are approved for three hotel nights provided they attend the Chapter Executives meeting on Monday, Feb. 1, 2027.
- Other chapter leaders/participants are approved for two hotel nights.
To be eligible for a travel stipend the following two criteria must be met:
- Attend the 2027 CREDA Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat. Attendance will be confirmed based on registration desk check-in report.
- Stay at the conference hotel (Capital Hilton) and book their reservation through the hotel room block. Hotel stay will be confirmed based on the check-in list provided by the conference hotel.
All forms must be received no later than Friday March 5, 2027. Late forms will not be accepted.
