Jit Kee Chin

Dr. Jit Kee Chin is an Executive Vice President at Suffolk Construction Corporation Inc. (“Suffolk”), a national privately-held general contractor. She has served as the Chief Data Officer (CDO) since 2017, responsible for building new data analytics capabilities for Suffolk, setting vision and strategy, driving business insight through analytics and operationalizing the data transformation. Additionally, she’s served as Chief Innovation Officer (CInO) since 2019, when she co-founded Suffolk Technologies, a venture investment program that identifies, invests and supports disruptive technologies for the built environment. From 2022, she’s also a Managing Partner of Suffolk Technologies Fund 1 and most recently in 2023, she assumed the responsibilities of Chief Technology Officer for Suffolk, currently with oversight of Suffolk’s IT, AI and Data departments. She served on Suffolk’s enterprise steering committee from 2018 to 2020, which governs development and implementation of strategic initiatives, and is now a member of Suffolk’s Executive Committee.

Dr. Chin also serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee of STAG Industrial Inc., an $10bn publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition and operation of industrial properties throughout the United States.

From 2008 to 2017, she served in various positions with McKinsey & Company, a global strategy consulting company, including as a Senior Expert in analytics from 2016 to 2017, and as an Associate Principal from 2013 to 2016, where she focused on strategic, commercial and analytics consulting for transport, travel, hospitality and logistics clients. Dr. Chin holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology.

Nadine Ezzie

Nadine Ezzie is the founder of ezzie + co., a strategic advisory firm that helps organizations adopt and govern AI responsibly, keeping the people it serves at the center. A practicing attorney and innovation strategist with 20 years of experience across law, technology, and commercial real estate, she advises enterprise leaders on the governance frameworks, policies, and organizational redesign that AI adoption demands, so technology strengthens human judgment rather than sidelining it.

Mark Fitzgerald is head of research at Affinius Capital and is responsible for helping develop commercial real estate investment strategy. He leverages data-driven insights and rigorous market analysis to inform investment decisions, with a focus on enhancing portfolio performance and driving long-term value creation. Mark was instrumental in the development of Affinius Capital’s proprietary AI research platform, which has significantly improved the speed, depth, and actionability of market insights. David Gile

Dave Gise is Senior Vice President and Head of Hospitality, Amenities, and AI at RXR. He co-leads RXR's AI and Digital Lab, where he oversees the firm's enterprise AI strategy, helping integrate AI across the organization while ensuring technology enhances, rather than replaces, the human experience. He has served as a guest lecturer on AI at MIT, NYU, Baruch College, and the University of Denver, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

In addition to leading RXR's AI initiatives, Dave established and now leads RXR's award-winning RXO hospitality program, overseeing resident and tenant experience teams across the firm's commercial and residential portfolio. He also leads the strategic design, activation, and management of RXR's portfolio-wide ecosystem of amenity spaces, giving him a unique perspective on how AI can strengthen hospitality, service, and community at scale.

Nikolaos Vlavianos, Ph.D. (MIT), is the founder and CEO of forREAL, a Physical AI company transforming how people discover, experience, and engage with real estate remotely. Founded in 2024 following an innovation award from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and a successful seed funding round, forREAL brings AI, computer vision, and spatial intelligence to real estate, hospitality, and yachting.

Nikolaos earned his Ph.D. in Design and Computation at MIT, where his research pioneered Physical AI at the intersection of architecture, spatial computing, computer vision, and human perception—creating intelligent systems that understand and interact with the built environment.

Russ Wilcox

Russ Wilcox is the Founder and CEO of ArtifexAI, an AI-powered municipal intelligence platform transforming how cities and infrastructure developers leverage public data for smarter urban development. He is a contributing analyst to The Jamestown Foundation’s China Brief and The Diplomat, and publishes The Pacific Divide, an intelligence newsletter on the US-China AI race read by Pentagon officials and policymakers.

Wilcox serves as a Pentagon advisor on U.S.-China strategic competition, chairs the Policy Committee of the American Society for Artificial Intelligence, and has briefed both chambers of Congress on AI policy. He is a Track-Two diplomat engaged in informal dialogue with senior Chinese officials on AI governance, and has advised the U.S. State Department and National Security Council on China strategy. He has also served as a UN Civil Society Delegate and an expert witness on AI in federal court.

A three-time World Economic Forum speaker at Davos and at the Horasis Institute, Wilcox holds a B.A. in Physics with Honors from Boston University and an Advanced Reinforcement Learning Certificate from MIT. He has spent over 19 years in machine learning and AI, and has been featured in Forbes.
