Sara Wayson is the head of Mapletree Industrial Trust’s North America Data Center portfolio. In this role, she oversees the operational performance of the portfolio and leads the development and execution of strategies that enhance asset value.
Wayson has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Mapletree, she served at Sila Realty Trust, where she oversaw the day-to-day asset management of its data center portfolio. Prior to that, she held a leadership position at Cushman & Wakefield, directing property management teams responsible for a 3.3 million square foot portfolio across multiple clients.

Scott Ziance founded and leads the national economic development incentives team at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, which has one of the largest law firm-based incentives practices in the country.
