Marc Selvitelli, CAE

Marc Selvitelli is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, CREDA. He is responsible for leading the professional team in collaboration with the board of directors to fulfill the organization’s strategic goals. Selvitelli joined CREDA’s staff in 2006 as vice president for membership and chapter relations and later served as chief operating officer.

Marc is passionate about fostering an organization of innovation and collaboration that will propel CREDA, its chapters and members into the future. Doug is currently the founder and President of Logistix, a land development company which utilizes over 30 years of development experience, geographic knowledge and relationships in order to identify and provide services for highly sought after sites primarily in the data center industry.

Doug has over 30 years experience in the industrial sector with leadership positions in some of the most highly respected companies in the industry. Doug recently was the leader of the Indianapolis regional office for Opus Development Company where he completed over 10 million square feet of developments throughout the Midwest. Prior to that, Doug held leadership positions with First Industrial Realty Trust, Heitman Properties and DHL Supply Chain. Doug has completed millions of square feet of transactions and has worked on projects in multiple markets across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Doug resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and youngest of four children. Doug is a long-time member of NAIOP where he is currently a Research Foundation Governor as well as a member of the Industrial V Development Forum. Sara Wayson

Sara Wayson is the head of Mapletree Industrial Trust’s North America Data Center portfolio. In this role, she oversees the operational performance of the portfolio and leads the development and execution of strategies that enhance asset value.

Wayson has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Mapletree, she served at Sila Realty Trust, where she oversaw the day-to-day asset management of its data center portfolio. Prior to that, she held a leadership position at Cushman & Wakefield, directing property management teams responsible for a 3.3 million square foot portfolio across multiple clients.

Scott J. Ziance, Esq.

Scott Ziance founded and leads the national economic development incentives team at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, which has one of the largest law firm-based incentives practices in the country. He also founded and chairs the board of managers for Vista Site Selection, LLC, the firm’s ancillary business composed of site selection professionals, data scientists and economists. Together, the team members have led projects in all 50 states and on three continents. Personally, Ziance has led incentives work for the construction of more than 100 distribution/fulfillment centers throughout the U.S. and has led incentives work on dozens of hyperscale data center projects in five different time zones. As Chief Executive Officer for Active Infrastructure, Jeff Zygler oversees the company’s operations and execution of Active Infrastructure’s projects throughout North America. He brings nearly 20 years of institutional real estate experience, during which he has led the development and acquisition of projects in 11 states exceeding $$4 billion in value, including over 13 million square feet of build-to-suit transactions and over 1 GW of powered land. Prior to founding Active Infrastructure in 2022, Zygler was a partner at Dermody Properties where he ran the company's National Accounts Group and served as the vice president of development for KTR Capital Partners until its sale to Prologis in 2015.
